With our shopping cart, it is easy to order online. As you are browsing the products, make your selection by clicking the 'Add to Shopping Cart' button. You can add or remove products as you wish. To complete your order, simply select the 'checkout' button and follow the steps. We will require your postage and payment details. You can purchase online with Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard.

We want you to have the best possible experience shopping with us. There are just a few things we need to make clear:
Goods will normally arrive within a week (7 days) of your order in Australia (faster for capital cities), or within 20 working days (International orders). Please contact us if you have not received your order within those times. If you require your order more urgently, please select the Express Post option.
Goods cannot be sent to a PO Box address. All goods must be sent to a street address.
Postage and Handling
The postage charges that appear when you check out include both postage and handling charges. There are no hidden fees.
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and include GST. We don’t change our prices often, but we do reserve the right to alter them at any time.
Note for Overseas Customers: The prices displayed on this site include Australian Goods and Services Tax, currently levied at 10% on most products.
We maintain good stocks of our products – but in the unlikely event we’re unable to supply you straight away, we’ll let you know either through the on-line system, or as soon as possible. If that happens you can change or cancel your order.
On-Line orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bankcard (Internationally). We do not sell or supply your details to any third party under any circumstances. All credit card details are destroyed after each credit card transaction and card details are NOT kept on record.
If you don’t want to purchase on-line, there are printable order forms that you can fax or post to us. If you post in your form, we accept money orders. Please note we do not accept personal cheques. We will despatch goods once money order has cleared.
For international customers, we will charge your credit card in Australian dollars. The charge you receive on your credit card statement in your home currency will depend on the exchange rate used by your card provider at the time they make the currency conversion. Tonic Australia Enterprises Pty Ltd has no control over this.

Return and Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange. However, we do need some rules in order to offer this service:
• You need to return your product to us within 14 days.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on subscriptions, CD’s or Infusion Teas.
• You will pay for the return postage. The original postage is not refundable. However, in the unlikely event your purchase is faulty, we will refund your purchase price in full including the postage and handling charge.
• The goods must be in their original packaging, clean, unused and undamaged.
• Exchanges are limited to different types of the same item.
• Please include in the package the invoice or invoice number of your purchase, your reason for returning it, whether you would like to exchange (and if so, what for) or obtain a refund, and the return postal address. Please include your phone number and/or email address.
• Damaged Goods/Incorrect Choice. Tonic Australia Enterprises Pty Ltd does not accept any responsibility for goods received that are broken or damaged in transit or any items that are ordered incorrectly. However, goods may be exchanged or replaced at the discretion of Tonic Australia Enterprises Pty Ltd.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Your continued use of this Web Site after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.
The products and services offered for sale by Tonic Australia Enterprises Pty Ltd are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this Web Site will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution.
